of FE (Front End Eye Type) or FC (Front End Cover Type)
catering varied load lifting needs, application and
tipping angle. Through the wide range of Front End Cylinders,
Hyva caters requirement 4X2 (FC105), 6X4 (FE120, FE141)
and Tip Trailer (FE162, FE183, FC207) segment. Apart
from that Hyva all manufactures and supplies Under Body
Cylinder (UBEE) for 4X2 range, Under Body Cradle Mounted
Cylinders (UCB) for Side Tippers. |

Hyva Tipping Cylinders
are manufactured using high quality DOM (Drilled on
Mandrel) steel tubing and forged pistons & trunions.
Sliders and wear rings used are unique patented design
of Hyva and they ensure longer working life. PU Seals
and specially designed wipers protect the cylinder from
dirt ingress but leave thin film of oil on the cylinders.
Tubes of the cylinder assembly have
longer overlap & larger wall thickness resulting
in higher stability and resistance to side loads. Hyva
supplies these Tipping Cylinders in combination with
aggregates such as PTO, Pump, Tipping Valve, Air Control
Valve, Oil Tank Houses etc. Each of these are designed
to be most compatible with Hyva cylinders to get the
best performance . |

Hyva Air Control Valve
is mounted inside the Cabin in a convenient
location to the driver and does the dual operation
of PTO Engagement and Actuation of Tipping Valve
for Tipping or lowering. Very easy to operate,
hence driver gets no fatigue while in operation.
Hyva Air Control Valve has got a feature of controlled
lowering, thus ensures the loaded body does not
come down suddenly on the truck chassis with heavy
impact load. |

Valve (3DHMP or PT Valve) is a pneumatically
operated 3-position direction control valve, which
directs the flow to facilitate the tipping or
lowering operation. Hyva Tipping Valves are set
at pre-determined working pressure and equipped
with a tamper proof Relief Valve. No pressure
adjustments required to be done. |

the best suited for Tipping application as it has got
minimum number of moving items (only two Gears) and
is of heavy-duty construction. Hyva Gear Pumps can be
mounted on PTO directly or remotely (through Propeller
Shaft). Gears are hardened and ground to improve the
strength, reduce the friction and heat generation.
Hyva offers wide range of PTO-s
(Power Take Off) to suit various transmission available
on Trucks.HYVA PTO-s remains in disengaged position
and gets engaged, when it gets actuated pneumatically.
This ensures that the Pump is not running while the
truck is on movement or no tipping action is taking
place. |
